Colder Temperatures & Outside Recess

Bundle up! The cold temperatures are upon us. As a reminder, we do go outside even when the temperatures get cold. Please remember to wear a coat, a hat, and even gloves moving forward. These are the BIG 3, and when the snow finally flies, boots and snow pants make it the BIG 5.
- LABEL EVERYTHING!!
- Temperatures this week will dip into the 20's for morning arrival with daytime temps in the 40's. Students will be outside at recess time to enjoy the fresh air.
Are you in need of a NEW winter coat for your child(dren)? Please fill out the information in the link below to receive one before the weather gets truly cold. All information is kept confidential, all coats are delivered to North Salem and provided to the child or to you, whichever way you choose. The Salem School District in collaboration with the Knights of Columbus are happy to provide new coats to students.
