Children’s Smile Connection (CSC) is excited to offer our FREE school-based cavity prevention dental program to all students during the 2025–2026 school year. With parent/guardian informed consent, students will receive preventive dental care conveniently at school.

• Informed Consent forms will be sent home with students this Thursday.   Please review, if interested sign, and return the form to your child’s school as soon as possible.
