Panther Parents,
We continue to monitor our outside play space daily.  Ice and puddles are factors right now that determine our play space.  Continue to pack the Big 5, boots and snow pants will keep kids dry while playing outside.

  • Reminder that there is no school for students and staff on Monday, Jan. 19 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day

 iReady Mid-Year Diagnostic
One of the academic tools we use to assess student growth and identify areas for improvement in both instruction and curriculum is the i-Ready Diagnostic. All students completed the initial diagnostic in September and will take it again beginning this week or next.
The results from this assessment will help us better understand student needs and guide instructional planning and growth moving forward.

Community & Collaboration
Quarterly we hold our Core Values Assemblies with the entire school.  This past Friday we celebrated students that displayed expectations of Safety, Respect, and Responsibility in and around our building.  During the months of January & February we will focus on Community and Collaboration, our key school wide activities will include a food drive led by 4th grade and a dime drive led by 5th grade.   During the month of February we will also participate in a random act of kindness activity.
